My role as a business strategist consists of two primary functions.  First, I speak with potential customers before they sign on with Rocksauce.  Second, it’s my job to plot and push the company’s expansion strategy. These two duties feed into each other, and both require a lot of interaction.

 When we decide on which customers to bring on, it’s much more than bringing in business. We’re looking for an enthusiastic believer – someone who with a genuine passion for their app who’ll be an advocate against their competition. The process of designing and developing an app is a complicated and often lengthy process, so we want to work with customers who have high standards. In the same way that a potential customer may research a number of app houses to find the right match, we look for customers who are a match in understanding the crucial value of honest feedback and good design.
